PURPOSE: The data provided will be used to provide you with the service requested and to send you commercial information about cClean's products and services.

LEGITIMATION BASIS: The treatment of your data is based on the execution of a contract and on the legitimate interest of cClean to promote its activities. 

TARGETS: Your data will be communicated to service providers, for example, our network of franchisees.

CONSERVATION PERIODS: Your Personal Data will be kept for the time necessary to provide the requested services, or as long as you do not exercise your right of suppression, opposition or limitation of treatment. 

RIGHTS: You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, suppression, opposition and limitation of the treatment of your Personal Data by means of a request addressed to the postal address indicated above or to the e-mail address info@cclean.app, indicating your name and surnames and including a copy of your DNI or other official document accrediting your identity. You have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency through its website www.aepd.es.
